SLIP REPAIRS

Over the last few years the requirements for stabilizing slopes has become more crucial due to the heavy rain events that have affected much of New Zealand.

Erosion Control Co Ltd has traditionally been asked to hydro seed slips and landslides to help revegetate the damaged areas. We are now being asked on some sites to incorporate an erosion fabric into the hydro seeding process to provide immediate stabilization. Although the fabric will not prevent continued slipping it does give the soil significant protection from further rain and water flow damage.
